In 2017, there are currently seven Napa Valley restaurants that have earned Michelin Stars. The most famous is French Laundry.

Chef Ken Frank is considered a pioneer of ‘California Cuisine’ and he is famed for his foie gras and rare black truffles. This restaurant is in the Westin Verasa and walking distance from downtown Napa and the Oxbow
Yountville at times is considered the town with the highest number of Michelin stars per capita. There are numerous restaurants that intermittently win stars. The most famous is Thomas Keller’s French Laundry, which many consider the top US restaurant. He also runs Bouchon Bistro and currently has a total of four Michelin Stars.

The Restaurant at Meadowood owns three Michelin stars. Chef Kostow also cares deeply to garner relationships with the growers, foragers and employees who make this a classic California experience. The resort is one of the most exclusive in Napa Valley.
Solbar – One Michelin Star

Part of the Auberge du Soleil hotel family, Solbar is located at Solage, and is more modern resort. Executive Chef Brandon Sharp’s menu changes daily.
