A 2005 Study presented at the American Chemical Society indicates Coffee is the number one source of antioxidants in the U.S. diet — not because it is especially high in antioxidants, but because Americans drink so much of it.  Red wine is #7 on the list of the top ten dietary sources of polyphenols at 44 mg/day.
